Our Grant Request Process

Determine if you qualify for a grant

The first step is to review our funding priorities and determine if your organization is eligible and if your project meets our priorities.

Tell us about your organization and project.

Complete the Grant Request Application, including your objectives, timelines, metrics, local church / community involvement and

plans for sustainability. Upload related worksheets and planning documents.

Review of your project.

The Birtcher Family Foundation Board regularly reviews grant requests. Once you submit the form, we will contact you when our review is complete.

If your project is selected, we will agree on outcomes and conditions, project kick-off and follow-up schedule.
