Our Grant Request Process

Tell us about your organization.

The first step is to complete a Letter of Introduction (LOI) and submit proof of your organization’s U.S. tax exempt status. The LOI provides our Board with information about your organization, its leadership and priorities.

Tell us about your project.

If your organization has been selected from LOI submissions, we will request specific information about your project: objectives, timelines, evaluation metrics, local church/ community involvement, and plans for sustainability.

Review of your project.

The Birtcher Family Foundation board regularly reviews grant requests. Once you fill out the form, we will contact you once our review is complete.

If your project is selected, we will agree on outcomes and conditions, project kick off and follow-up schedule.

Thank you for taking the first step toward partnering with the Birtcher Family Foundation. We are currently accepting LOIs for calendar year 2026.   If your project meets our Funding Priorities, we invite you to complete the Letter of Introduction (LOI).

✔ If you have previously received a grant from the Foundation, there is no need to submit another LOI. Simply click here to provide your contact information and a brief summary of your request; further instructions will follow.
